Enter the recipient’s name and address for the Holiday Gift Card hand delivery. The Holiday Gift Cards will be hand delivered on December 13, 2025 by Lion’s Club Members.
The Holiday Gift Card package will include:
- A Holiday Gift Card for $175 to Marc’s.
- A Holiday Gift Card Coverletter.
- A Chippy Polar Bear Happy Holidays Card.
- Lions Roar Newsletter.
This submitted form, with Holiday Gift Card delivery information, will go to Joanne Dodaro & Tony Kirkby so they can put together the Holiday Gift Card delivery packages.
